The town of Orania was mentioned at another forum, so I have taken some time reading about it. It's a 100% afrikaner town in NW South Africa. It's very small (pop. 850), but it looks like a really nice place, populated by farmers, artisans, and people of order in general. Quite a contrast with their surroundings I bet. Their stated intent is to protect the afrikaner identity.
